Return + Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If there’s an issue, let us know, and we will make it right.

  • Errors or Damaged Product:

    • If we made a mistake or your item arrived damaged, we’ll replace it for free.

    • Email us at hello@megsbookblog.com

    • Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number for all returns or exchanges.

  • Returns:

    Since each item is made just for you, I’m unable to accept returns for sizing or change of mind.

  • Exchanges:

    • Exchanges must be for the same product in a different size.

    • Customers cover the return shipping cost and the new shipping cost of the new item.

    • No service/restocking fee applies.

    • Only 1 exchange attempt per order.

Shipping Costs: Non-refundable. Return labels provided; the cost will be deducted from your refund or store credit. Conditions for returns:

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
